Dayna Marie was always passionate about finance and lending practices. She started her career as an Administrative Assistant in retail banking in 1994, with her sights set on residential lending and loan practices. In under two years, she transitioned to lead residential mortgage banker and later commercial lending and commercial mortgage underwriting for The Trust Company of New Jersey. Her expertise in mortgage-backed securities and shareholder behaviors helped her develop automated processes and reporting methods that were crucial for the firm.

In 2008, Dayna Marie joined Prudential Financial at the height of the economic crash. She held several roles throughout the organization, from Business Analyst in Annuities Technology to Strategy and Planning Manager in Retirement services to Market Risk and Reporting Lead with Stable Value and Regulatory Supervision in Group Life Insurance. She also led many of Prudential's Business Resource Groups, including the Black Leadership Forum Learn Do Earn Community Outreach Program and the Black Leadership Forum Co-Chair, to name a few.

After a decade with the Fortune 100 company, Dayna Marie decided to focus solely on financial wellness for families. She founded The Upscale Legacy Group, LLC in 2016, with a mission to build and strengthen families and communities with financial literacy, credit restoration, financial wellness, business credit & business funding, and real estate investments. Dayna Marie's passion and expertise have earned her several awards and nominations, including Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, Servant Leader, The GOAT (Greatest of All-Time) Award, and the company's Top Leadership Vacation Incentives.

As an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and success strategist, she has dedicated her career to helping families attain their dreams and desires.
